About Chloe Jenkins

Chloe Jenkins Chloe Jenkins

Hi, I’m Chloe Jenkins, and I’m so happy you’re here. If you’ve ever mapped a day around the best snack stand, timed a ride queue down to the minute,

or detoured for a “quick stop” that turned into the highlight of your trip, we’re already friends.

I grew up just outside Orlando, Florida, so weekends often looked like fireworks, roller coasters, zoo days, and last-minute plans that somehow became core memories. Some kids had backyard hideouts. I had my favorite bench for parade viewing, my go-to route for the shortest walk between areas, and a strong opinion about the ideal moment to hop in line for the flagship coaster.

AttractionGo is where I bring that lifelong love of attractions together with the practical skills I picked up in hospitality and event planning, like guest flow, pacing, and the little choices that make a day feel easy. My goal is simple: help you have a smoother, happier day out, with fewer headaches and more moments that feel like magic.

Why I love attractions

I’m a former hospitality coordinator with a degree in Hospitality Management, and I spent seven years planning corporate retreats and large-scale events. That job trained my brain to spot the tiny details that make a destination feel effortless, like how crowd flow works, where bottlenecks happen, which reservations are worth it, and what guests wish they knew before they arrived.

But I’m not just here for logistics. I’m here for the feeling. Attractions are where we step out of the routine and into something immersive, playful, surprising, and shared. It might be a jaw-dropping aquarium tunnel, a hands-on science exhibit that makes you feel like a kid again, a quiet botanical garden you didn’t expect to love, or a speakeasy tucked behind an unmarked door.

I’m also a self-proclaimed foodie, so yes, I will absolutely tell you what to eat, when to eat it, and how to avoid paying premium prices for something you’ll regret two bites later.

Welcome to AttractionGo

Think of AttractionGo as your well-traveled best friend who shows up with a plan, a backup plan, and a list of “only if you have time” extras. I write for families trying to keep everyone happy, couples planning a fun date that feels special, and solo adventurers who want a great day without awkward guesswork.

Here’s what you can expect when you read my guides:

If you want a quick preview of what “helpful” looks like around here, think: a one-day theme park plan with smart ride order and snack breaks, a museum-to-dinner date itinerary that feels special but not stressful, or a rainy-day backup plan that still makes the trip feel like a win.

How I plan a great day

I’m an obsessive planner, but I promise I use my powers for good. My approach is built around a few principles that work almost anywhere, from major theme parks to smaller local attractions:

1) Start with one must-do

Pick the one thing that will make the day feel “worth it.” One ride, one show, one exhibit, one sunset view. Build around that so you don’t end the day realizing you missed the whole point.

2) Protect your energy

Fun disappears fast when everyone is hungry, overstimulated, or sunburned. I always plan a quiet reset moment, even if it’s just 20 minutes in the shade with a snack.

3) Use smart timing, not sprinting

You don’t need to race through your day to beat crowds. You need to know when crowds peak and where they collect. That’s how you feel like a genius without feeling exhausted.

4) Leave room for surprises

The best memories are often unplanned: a street performance, a seasonal pop-up, a conversation with a staff member who tips you off to something special. A good itinerary should breathe.

A little more about me

On any given trip, you can find me:

  • Hunting down the best bite in the park, district, or neighborhood
  • Asking polite but extremely specific questions at guest services
  • Finding the quietest garden path or prettiest waterfront bench
  • Timing my day around the most popular attraction so I can enjoy it without stress

I write for AttractionGo because I genuinely believe our best memories are made when we step out of our daily routines and say yes to something joyful and immersive. A great attraction day isn’t about doing everything. It’s about doing the right things, at the right time, with the right people, and letting the experience do the rest.

My promise to you: I aim to keep guides practical and current, and when something is based on personal experience versus research or reader tips, I try to make that clear as I go.

Come along

If you’re planning a weekend outing, a vacation day, a date night, or a solo adventure, welcome. Start with any guide that matches your mood, and feel free to borrow my favorite method: choose one big highlight, add two supporting experiences, and then sprinkle in a snack stop and one surprise.

See you out there, and if you spot me in line, I’m probably the one quietly celebrating because we timed it perfectly.
